As you know, a big part of our work is advising our clientele into finding the perfect gem. 

This one is a great example of said close collaboration. Our client came to us asking for our advices about how to chose a gem and what to look for in one. After a week of teaching him what to look for in a gem and how to judge a gem, we took him with us a on gem hunt. 

Eventually, we found this beauty and it was, as we like it to be, love at first sight!
