Refunding Lounge


Given the sensitive nature of our products, any and all returns and refunds will be accepted on a case by case basis, and only after careful gemological examination. Examinations will be conducted by an independent gemological laboratory such as Lotus Gemology (for ruby, sapphire and spinel) or AIGS Thailand (for all other gems). Goods must be returned within 72 hours of receipt.

Any gem that has been damaged, replaced or otherwise altered by the client will not be accepted or refunded under any condition by the Asia Lounges team.

Any returned good that has been accepted by Asia Lounges' founder Simon Dussart, must be sent back to us through express and traceable mail services such as FedEx or DHL at the client's expense only.

Please contact our team prior to sending ANY stone back to us. Any unauthorized return will be sent back at client's expense.

Any and all purchases on are subject to these rules. The client accepts these terms by default when a purchase is initiated.
