We know you love gems and so do we! That is why, every shipment we make will be ensured and traceable. Please read the following lines to know more about our shipping policy.

For shipments of up to 9.999USD we will be using Express Courier services such as DHL, FedEx or G4S. 

For shipments of 10.000USD and more, Asia Lounges will be using Malca Amit shipping company services in order to ensure the complete and total safety of your parcel. 

Shipping of any and all gemstones or jewelry pieces will be done at Asia Lounges expenses.

Should you, the client, request a special delivery method, other than those detailed in this page, please contact us and we will discuss of the possibilities.
